    During pregnancy, one has a new relationship with her body, the people in her life, the new baby she has yet to meet and more. A new awareness of life as a whole is possible. That's an expansive amount of transition for a fairly short period of life.

    Yoga can be a bridge between the woman you were before, the woman you are now and the woman you are developing into.

    BENEFITS OF YOGA DURING PREGNANCY

    • Find ease in your body with the many physical changes; become aware of how you organize your body to reduce any discomforts; and move, strengthen, and enjoy your pregnant body
    • Allow your breath to help ground your experience, mood, & emotions + practice connection with self and baby in preparation for the awe-inspiring intensity of birth and to be a calm, compassionate and centered mother
    • Develop a home practice- with guidance- to support you in between sessions
